At Unconventional Art, we provide non-tangible, irrevocable digital products. Once an order is confirmed and the product link is sent, we do not issue refunds. As our offerings are digital products, not services, we cannot revoke access to files once they are received.

Faulty Products and Refunds

Under the Consumer Rights Act, you have the right to claim against us if your digital download is faulty. We may issue a refund in the following cases:

  1. Technical Problems: If there is a technical issue and we are unable to resolve it.

  2. Misrepresentation: If the product description was misleading.

 

The refund period is 60 days from the purchase date.

 

What Constitutes a Technical Problem?

  • Non-Delivery: If you do not receive a delivery email due to issues with your email provider or mail server, please contact us for assistance.

  • Major Defects: Despite thorough testing, unexpected errors may occur. Report these issues to us immediately.

  • Product Not-As-Described: Report these issues to us within 14 days of purchase, providing clear evidence that the product does not match the description. Complaints based on false expectations or preferences will not be honoured.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or credits are not provided if:

  • You change your mind about an item.

  • You purchased an item by mistake.

  • You lack the expertise to use the item.

 

Customer Responsibility

By purchasing a product from our site, you acknowledge and agree to our Refund Policy. The policy is available on our website for your review before making any purchase.
